Syracuse University's quadcam has been updated and uses an Axis 241Q/S camera server serving images from a Sony CCD camera. The web page accesses the camera server directly. The refresh rate of the image will depend on your network connection. On a fast network connection, you might be able to get almost full-motion video. Testing the page via a 56k modem, we were able to get a refresh every 3-5 seconds.

At certain times during the day, the angle of the sun may affect picture quality.
