The Hall of Languages webcam is an Axis 2100 camera server. The web page accesses the camera server directly. The refresh rate of the image will depend on your network connection. On a fast network connection, you might be able to get almost full-motion video. Testing the page via a 56k modem, we were able to get a refresh every 3-5 seconds.

At certain times during the day, the angle of the sun may affect picture quality.
