|
 |
|
In 1915, Syracuse University acquired the 1901 home of William and Eloise Nottingham, who were both alumni and trustees of the University, for the purpose of a permanent Chancellor's Residence. James Roscoe Day was the first SU Chancellor to live in that house, at 300 Comstock Avenue.
