The School of Information Studies was the first school in the nation to offer a master's degree in Information Resources Management.		30. Center for Science and Technology Built in 1988 as part of the University's drive to improve its technological facilities and create a strong center for computer technology in Central New York. The Sci-Tech Building is the hub for the Northeast Parallel Architectures Center, Computer Applications and Software Engineering Center, classrooms and offices for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the School of Information Studies, and graduate chemistry department.
