Once the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity house, this building now houses the University's Alumni Relations Department and provides dining for the University's faculty, staff, and visiting lecturers. (Across the street on the corner of University Avenue and College Place is the Psi Upsilon fraternity house, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.)
