12. Heroy Geology Laboratory
This 1972 structure is home of the University's earth sciences department. The building is named for William B. Heroy,
an internationally known petroleum geologist and 1909 SU graduate. Featuring many laboratories, classrooms, and a library,
the building also houses Rico Lebrun's triptych, The Crucifixion, as well as two paintings related to it, The Cross and Ladder
of the Cross, which are prominently displayed in the building's main lobby. |
